1	My email doesn't work.

9	Do you support SSL email
	Yes. In order to use ssl encryption for your email client you will need to have the following settings in your email client Incoming and outgoing mail server: mail.jolthosting.net You must use the mail.jolthosting.net host name in your settings. Otherwise you will receive ssl certificate error. Do not use mail.yourdomain.com. SMTP SSL port: 465/tcp Pop3 SSL port: 995/tcp IMap SSL port: 993/tcp Please note: You must have the above ports open on your local firewall. The following settings are needed no matter if you are using ssl or non-ssl settings username: your full email address password: as entered in the hosting control panel under mail settings for the mailbox SMTP auth enabled. This is generally labeled as "My server requires authenication" in the settings
