At approx 3:20 one of our firewalls had an issue that resulted in outbound traffic being blocked. A cold spare was brought online. Total downtime was approx 1 hour.

The control panel is currently down due to an issue with a remote licensing server the HSphere software has to contact. This issue only affects the control panel service. All services such as web, mail and database are not affected.
